2. We text you the day before we are due to remind you
Receive a 7pm text reminder the night before our visit. This ensures access to your entire property for our service. Simply open any side gates.
3. You make access available and we carry out our service the next day
Weather permitting, our staff will clean your external windows using our pure water-fed pole systems the following day. Your windows will be left wet to dry naturally. A “your windows have been cleaned today” card will be posted through your letter box.
4. Payment is made by Direct Debit through GoCardless 5-7 days later
Payment via Direct Debit is processed 5-7 days after the clean. Our system ensures payment only after our service, safeguarded by the Direct Debit guarantee. Our payment partner is GoCardless; learn more at www.gocardless.com or through your bank.
