At Nautilus, our purpose is simple:
To provide you with the most phenomenal exterior cleaning service experience ever.
We proudly serve both discerning homeowners and prestigious commercial clients, delivering outstanding results with discretion, professionalism, and obsessive attention to detail.
Our services are typically one-off deep cleans, but many clients choose to maintain that pristine finish with scheduled visits every 3, 6, or 12 months.
We work all year round—Winter, Spring, Summer & Autumn.
What to Expect
We use advanced soft washing and pressure washing systems to rejuvenate surfaces safely and thoroughly. You can expect excellent results on render, stone, brickwork, cladding, patios, driveways, and more.
Scheduled Maintenance
While our service is typically delivered as a one-off, many of our clients choose to protect their property’s appearance long-term with regular maintenance.
We offer exclusive maintenance cycles:
Every 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months—depending on your property’s needs.
Weather Conditions
We clean in most weather conditions. However, for freezing temperatures or high winds, your visit will be rescheduled for the next available day.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Your appointment is a dedicated time slot—reserved exclusively for your property.
If you cancel on the day, turn our team away, or fail to provide access (e.g. locked gates), the full fee remains payable.
Our service is fully booked in advance and we are unable to reallocate missed appointments.
However, should you need to change the dates, please discuss and give us at least 7 days notice to re-schedule.
Ending Scheduled Services
For clients on a scheduled maintenance plan, we require one month’s notice to pause or stop ongoing services.

Service Satisfaction

Please note: We operate a no refund policy, but stand behind the quality of our work and correct any issue that arises.
Your Privacy
Your privacy matters. We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal details to anyone—ever. All information is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
Payment Terms
We prefer fast, seamless payment via Bank Transfer, GoCardless Direct Debit.
Alternatively, we accept card payments or cash on the day (by prior arrangement).
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking.
To do so, simply contact our team or use the cancellation form on our website.
We’re selective about who we work with—if you’re unsure, we’d rather you waited until you’re confident we’re the right fit for your property.
Reminder Service
We’ll send a courtesy reminder by email the day before your visit. This is to help you ensure, employees, visitors and access is made available to us.
Please note: This is not a cancellation window. As outlined above, cancellations on the day are chargeable in full.
Our Guarantee
If—within 48 hours of your clean—you notice anything you’re not happy with, contact us.
We’ll return promptly and correct the issue. No fuss. No charge. No compromise.
